If you’ve had ANY of the following thoughts, then working with me will be of tremendous value:
“I’m not sure how to make my goals doable within the limitations of my time, energy and money – where’s the wiggle room?”
OR
“I wish I didn’t always feel torn between my own ambitions and the needs of those I love.”
OR
“Considering the state of the world, I’m worried that my goals are no longer achievable (or even important to pursue).”
OR
“I’m excited about where I’m going, but I don’t have a clear, strategic plan to get there…”
My guidance is intuitive and bespoke because no two paths or personalities are alike. Clients have spanned in age from 23 to 77 and have included many people to whom life just threw a sizable curve-ball (like illness, grief, caregiving, or career upheaval).
I offer deep dives that change lives.
I’m glad you’re here.

How we can work together:
What we can discuss:
organizing
caregiving
prioritizing
making a big leap
starting a new project
finishing an old project
making difficult decisions
expanding your community
changing the texture of your life
creating and holding boundaries
building online or off-line businesses
creating or increasing streams of income
managing your energy (and finding more of it)

What exactly will we do?
This question is a bit difficult to answer because my guidance for each client is so intuitive and personalized – meaning I don’t run anyone through a predetermined program or formula or set of questions.
That said, one of my skills is pattern recognition, and during the almost three decades that I’ve been coaching, I’ve noticed there are four elements that are always at play within my work.
These elements are interconnected and we’ll utilize them, as needed, in a non-linear fashion… but, for clarity, here they are in a fun order:
