How helpful can a few conversations actually be?

Especially if you’re in a spin cycle.

You’re in a spin cycle when you know that you want to (or have to) make some decisions and possibly changes… but, right now, the only thing moving is the relentless swirl of your concerns, fears, and hopes sloshing through your mind.

As you spin – during each day, during each night (during each stop at each traffic light) – my guess is you can feel yourself hemorrhaging energy.

My specialty is diving deep with you (not just downloading generalized info from my brain to yours).

Some people book a single session to see how they like my style – before committing to a full 12-month Leap Year with me.

Others book monthly or quarterly sessions to add guidance, structure, and accountability to their year.

Clients I’ve worked with in the past often book a session or two whenever they need to discuss specific projects or troubleshoot unexpected twists and turns.

All of the above are excellent uses of these strategy sessions.

$480 each (paid in full)

90 minutes each

Sessions can be scheduled on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays during the first three weeks of each month.

We’ll meet on Zoom (you are welcome to have your camera on or off) – or, if you’d prefer, we can do phone calls instead.

Sessions expire within 12 months from date of purchase.

Unless you request otherwise, our sessions will be recorded (audio only). Sessions are confidential between the two of us, and I record them only so that you have a copy of the conversation to refer back to.

Formal preparation is NOT required for our private sessions – you are welcome to show up as-is and we can take it from there. Some people email me notes in advance of our sessions (at least 24 hours, please), while others use our time together to feel their way around an issue or a project. Either way works.

This package exists to serve you if you are making significant shifts – personally or professionally – and you would like more “connective tissue” with me between our scheduled sessions.

I’ve watched a lot of people try to pour a new goal over their existing schedule, hoping it will ooze down into the cracks and somehow get accomplished. (It won’t.)

During these 12 months, we’ll make sure all aspects of your life support the pursuit of your vision and create the texture that you desire.

We’ll examine your choices and options around how you are using your resources of time, energy, and money. We’ll look at what you are currently saying “yes” to and “no” to (and how you are handling all of the countless, lingering “maybes”). We’ll consider what you are waiting for or wishing for that might be unconsciously preventing you from taking action.

We’ll sift through all of that stuff.

As we work together, you’ll start to feel even more comfortable and confident around claiming and creating space in your schedule, negotiating responsibilities, and plugging your mental energy leaks.

Less friction, more flow.

And it’s NOT just about helping you put your foot on the gas… it’s also about getting you to take your foot off of the brake.

I suspect you already have your foot on the gas. So, if you’re expending effort without much progress, you might also have your foot on the brake (consciously or unconsciously). How we use our gas – and, especially, how we use our brakes – have a lot to do with the stories we tell ourselves. Identifying the stories that drain you of energy, unwinding from them, and countering them with better-feeling stories will help you get moving again.

As we work together, you’ll start to feel even more comfortable and confident around growing at a faster pace with new approaches to problem solving, decision making, planning, and delegating (among other things).

A smoother ride lets you fully enjoy the scenery.

Refining the structure and enhancing the texture of anything – a life, a project, a business – requires enough space and time to be attentive to the details and responsive to whatever bubbles up inside your heart and mind as you are stretching yourself.

When you become one of my Leap Year clients, I set up a little beach chair with your name on it inside my mind. And, between our sessions, I spend time sitting in that chair, thinking about you.

During our 12 months together, part of my brain becomes devoted to ruminating on what can help loosen your knots… listening for things that might be of use to you… looking for connections I can help you make with the people I already know and love.

I am able to devote this much of my bandwidth to you because I know you are committed to this process for a certain length of time. You showing up fully for yourself is what makes the magic happen.

Leap Year Details

$10,800 total

Three payment options available: full payment OR two payments of $5,400 (90 days apart) OR three payments of $3,600 (60 days apart)

A choice of either: (up to) TWO 90min sessions per month for 12 months OR (up to) THREE 60min sessions per month for 12 months

PLUS, between those scheduled sessions, you have full access to me and my brain via email and voice messaging for any time-sensitive spot-coaching, strategy, and guidance (and if we need to hop on the phone for a conversation, we can quickly make that happen). Between sessions, clients have had me revise emails, edit materials, coach them through conversations, help them make decisions, prep for meetings, etc.
