Kristine Oller is a seasoned change strategist in her third decade of helping ambitious humans with full, complex lives move towards their goals with less effort and more ease – guiding them through important decisions, tough conversations, and significant shifts. She has dedicated her career to thinking, writing, and speaking about ways to lighten the mental load that consumes so much of our precious personal energy.
At the end of her own twelve-year experience caring for her sister, Kristine founded the online coaching group You First to cultivate Modern Caregivers – women who are able to offer support to family and friends without sacrificing their own vitality and stability. She remains dedicated to helping women exit the caregiving tunnel on their feet rather than on their knees.
She is also the developer and coach of the Creating Cashflow program (now a division of Abundance Bound’s Financial Empowerment Program) and she produced and co-hosted the first season of the Abundance Bound podcast. She has led close to a thousand self-employed, multi-hyphenate creators, freelancers, and artists through the process of advancing their careers, plugging their mental energy leaks, and strengthening their business muscles.
During her seventeen-year career as a professional organizer, Kristine became an award-winning Golden Circle Member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals and served on the board of the Los Angeles Chapter. She was a regular monthly columnist for Backstage (3+ years) and she has shared her expertise via talks, panels, workshops for a wide range of organizations (75+) including Harvard/ART, Caltech, UCLA, and Women in Film.
This L.A. native, now living in Ireland, is undaunted by complexity and loves the color green, ice cream, and deep conversations with dynamic people. These days, she spends the majority of her time laughing and crying about living and dying.
