A few additional thoughts:

I promise you will always…

…have a beautiful, gorgeous, frustratingly long to-do list.

If you are an active, ambitious, multi-talented, creative person

(which you are)

– then it’s likely you will die with a beautiful, gorgeous, frustratingly long to-do list.

In the meantime, why not stop using your list to torture yourself?

A common self-torture tactic is to think thoughts that make you feel bad.

In reality, though, you have MANY daily opportunities to choose to look at your life from perspectives that make you feel better.

You can choose to judge the success of your day by how well and how often you are in alignment with your 3 “touchstone adjectives.”

:: Either you can do things that make you feel the way you want to feel.

:: Or you can do things in ways that make you feel the way you want to feel.

Meaning, you can feel good based on what you do… or how you do what you do.

Either way will help you begin to feel better (and better and better).

Onward!
