For the last decade, Kate was an Executive Assistant to a major Hollywood producer, working on such blockbuster movies as Pearl Harbor, National Treasure and Déjà Vu. If she was able to successfully organize location shoots, publicity events, budgets and office spaces for him, think of what she can do (under much saner conditions!) for you.

Kate bid a fond farewell to the film industry when she and her husband welcomed their son, Oliver, into the world. It wasn’t long before she realized that her love for organizing wasn’t limited to films – apparently, organizing anything makes her happy.

Kate’s philosophy is that your home is your haven. It should be a calming and energizing sanctuary, not a source of pain and frustration. Kate’s attention to detail and eye for aesthetic make her a natural organizer, but it’s her optimism, warmth and sense of humor that will leave you energized, motivated and ready for more.

Kate is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara and a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers.

Milby Barron specializes in residential organizing for anyone trying to keep up with this fast-paced world – from entertainment industry executives to small business owners, from actors to stay-at-home moms. Tending to the specific needs of each client, Milby’s goal is to transform homes into sanctuaries. She realizes that a disorganized life can put a huge strain on a person’s psyche so her desire is to create spaces that calm her clients’ spirits and rejuvenate their zest for life.

After growing up outside of Richmond, Virginia, Milby moved to Los Angeles where her acting career has thrived. She is now happily leading a double life – pursuing her dual passions of acting and organizing. As an actor she understands the need to be creative and as an organizer she values the benefits of harnessing that creativity to make life more functional. With a focused, patient and supportive presence, Milby will guide you in managing the finer points of your life.
